At 10.40.10 Fitness, we want your first experience with us to feel like a warm welcome to your new gym home.
We get it. Setting foot into an unfamiliar place can feel kind of intimidating. That’s why our goal is to help you with what to expect, so you feel at ease to truly enjoy your time with us!
Here are the simple steps to get started:
First, you’ll simply pick a class time that works for you and reserve your spot.
Next, we’ll hop on a brief call to chat about you and your goals, and you can ask any questions you may have. People often ask about what kind of results to expect, how often to come to class, or if they have to be “in shape” to join. (That’s an easy one. EVERY fitness level is welcome here).
Lastly, we’ll ask you to show up about 15 minutes before your free class. At that time, we’ll give you a quick tour of the facility and you’ll meet your coach. Then you’ll have fun in class and find out if 10.40.10 Fitness is the right fit for you.

Nothing. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or it's the first time you have ever stepped foot in a gym, this is your starting point.
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
