Alex Witt is a Navy Veteran, and the founder of 10.40.10 Fitness. He developed the training concept after years of doing a wide variety of fitness and strength programs. Ultimately, he discovered that instrumental features were missing from many of them, preventing people from getting the safest, most effective workouts.
And so, coupling his military background with the unique training structure, Witt coined the term, “Train American,” and launched 10.40.10 Fitness in 2019. He believes that to Train American means using the opportunities and privileges we’ve each been given to become the best version of ourselves. 10.40.10 Fitness is a proud partner of Folds of Honor, providing life-changing scholarships to the spouses and children of America’s fallen or disabled military. At 10.40.10 Fitness, we tell their stories and through our hard work, we honor them. These heroes are our “why.”
At 10.40.10 Fitness, we’re on a mission to build healthier people, stronger communities and an unbreakable Nation.
This mission begins with you.
We use a unique training structure that provides ample warm-up and cool-down time, with a safe and intelligent, military-tempo-based workout in between. It’s designed to reduce your risk of injury and get you into the best shape of your life.
We believe that by helping you accomplish your goals, you’ll pay that forward, encouraging others to become the best version of themselves, too. We also believe that if you help the person next to you, you’ll find improvement in yourself. So we build each other up, and strive for progress over perfection.
At 10.40.10, we “Train American.”
