Youth Functional Training Camp
Who is it for?
Children from 4th to 7th grade who are looking to get a head start in fitness and wellness.
What does it involve?
This program is a gentle introduction to the weight room, emphasizing mobility, functional stamina training, and sports injury prevention. It's crafted to make young participants comfortable and confident in a gym setting, teaching them the fundamentals of physical fitness in a fun, supportive environment.

Dates: June 17 - August 17
Time: 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
Cost: $169 per month for two months

Who is it for?
This program is designed for students from 8th grade to high school seniors who are either looking to enhance their athletic performance or simply want to improve their overall fitness.

It offers a balanced approach to functional weightlifting and total body conditioning. The focus is on building strength and stamina, essential for both sports performance and everyday activities. Participants will learn proper techniques and form, reducing the risk of injury and setting the stage for lifelong fitness habits.

Time: 4:15 PM to 5:15 PM
Cost: $169 per month for two months, with the opportunity to graduate into regular 10.40.10 classes.
