Partner Mission:

In teams of two, SHARE the work to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 22 minutes of:

– 20 Calories of Bike/Row

– 20 Hand Release Push Ups

– 20 American Kettlebell Swings

– 60 Double Unders / 120 Single Unders

– 20 DB or BB Push Press (95/65)

– 20 Box Jumps any way

REST 2 Minutes…and THEN:

In 8 minutes, Complete as many burpees as possible as a team. While P1 performs burpees, P2 performs a plank any way. Split up the work however you want.

**MUST be planking before the partner can begin the burpees.
