104010 stands by all-natural products only. Whether it be Trifecta, BattleBars, or any supplementation, there is nothing within our walls that we wouldn’t put into our own bodies.

The Program:

10:40:10 = 10 minutes of mind and muscle activation, 40 minutes of strength and stamina building, 10 minutes of decompression and cool down. With the expertise of Marcus Filly and Revival Strength programming, we specialize in functional militarized training that crosses over ALL FITNESS AVENUES and is suitable for all skill levels. Move better and live longer! Our commitment to you is simple and necessary: safety, longevity, and training intelligently.

WHOOP is the only 24/7 wearable technology that measures the everyday stressors inside and outside of work and training.
